Niki joined Hope House Northern Colorado in May of 2022. She has a passion to help others and loves working in the Northern Colorado area. Niki has extensive experience in the Human Service field and looks forward to using her previous experience and heart to help teen moms in our area. Before working for Hope House, Niki was a long-time employee of Weld County Department of Human Services. Niki became a mom to a baby boy in November of 2021 and we believe that her new role as a mother will help her connect to the teen moms of Hope House. Niki now understands firsthand how challenging and rewarding it is to be a mother. She is ecstatic to support teen moms as they navigate their own motherhood journey.  She feels blessed to work part-time for Hope House Northern Colorado as the Program Coordinator so the teen moms and their children can be connected to necessary resources. Niki is excited to be part of our staff and work hands-on with our teen moms. She is thrilled to build relationships where the moms and children will feel cared for and loved!

Niki has been married to her husband, Eric, for six years. She is busy keeping up with his schedule as a small business owner and firefighter. You’ll find Niki spending time with her family or friends and loving on her rescue dog, Tango. Niki loves country music and will travel anywhere to see a Garth Brooks concert!
