Thank You, Weld Trust!

Weld Trust does such amazing work to advance health and education in Weld County! They continue to stand behind and believe in Hope House teen moms, and Hope House couldn’t be more grateful for their partnership in creating a better life for teen moms and their children.

Weld Trust recently awarded Hope House a $20,000 grant for Education and Direct Support. These funds will specifically be used to facilitate upcoming new programming including healthy relationship classes, financial literacy classes, and college & career guidance.
