Hope House Northern Colorado is honored to be the recipient of a $5,000 grant from United Way Weld County. Weld Recovers Fund is designed to provide financial resources to charitable organizations in the Weld County area that are involved in supporting populations that have been affected by the outbreak. These funds are to be used expressly for the direct assistance of individuals and households negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

This $5,000 grant will allow Hope House Northern Colorado to provide rent, food, diapers, wipes, and formula for teen moms between the ages of 15-21 years old in Weld County who have been impacted by COVID-19. If you are a teen mom in Weld County and are in need of resources, click here.

Thank you to the institutions, companies and other funders that have contributed to the Weld Recovers Fund. Your contribution will continue to help empower teen moms during these challenging times.
