Two new funders have approved grants this year to support teen moms in northern Colorado! These grants will be especially impactful in helping to reach more teen moms as Hope House offices open in August and programming efforts continue to grow in the fall.
The Weld Community Foundation Littler Youth Fund has approved a grant for $7,500 to Hope House Northern Colorado for teen mom educational programming.
Northern Colorado United for Youth has selected Hope House as one of the recipients of their 2021 Community Grants. NoCO Unify hopes to provide $5,000 in support; the exact grant amount will be finalized in early 2022.
Hope House would like to thank these two organizations and their donors for supporting this vital cause.
